Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

This chocolate chip banana bread is incredibly moist, soft, and gluten free! It is very easy to make and it is loaded with chocolate chips and bananas.

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup butter softened
  • 4 bananas overripe
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¾ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • cup gluten free all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a loaf pan with either nonstick cooking spray or parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix together eggs, vanilla extract, and butter.
  • Next, add bananas and mix until well combined.
  • Mix in baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and sugar until well combined.
  • Slowly add in flour and mix, make sure you do not over mix.
  • Lastly, mix in the chocolate chips.
  • Pour into the prepared pan. Top with additional bananas or chocolate chips.
  • Bake approximately 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
  • Cool 10-15 minutes in the pan.
