- gluten free Panko breadcrumbs- you can use regular Panko breadcrumbs if you would like.

This is a “copycat”, healthier alternative to Buffalo Wild Wing’s Asian Zing Sauce. If you do not want to make the sauce from scratch, you could also just purchase the pre-made version of this sauce.
- chili-garlic sauce

- rice wine vinegar
- ginger freshly grated
- garlic powder

- In three seperate bowls, have one bowl with the flour, chili powder and salt mixed together. Have the eggs in the second bowl and the third bowl will be the panko breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each avocado slice in the flour mixture, then dip into the egg mixture and then roll the avocado in the panko breadcrumbs. Repeat with remaining avocado slices.
- Heat the oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add avocados in a single layer to the pan. Cook for about 3 minutes per side until golden brown. Once avocados are done, drain on a paper towel.
- Repeat with the remaining avocado slices.
- Sprinkle with extra salt if desired.
