I will be honest I have never had a Crunchwrap Supreme from Taco Bell. My boyfriend raves about it and he was the one who gave me the idea. I am grateful he did because these are incredibly delicious! I want to try a real Crunchwrap Supreme now after making my own. These are the perfect combination of chewy, but crunchy! I am seriously obsessed with this recipe. I tried to make it a little healthier without adding regular ground beef, sour cream, traditional queso, and loads of cheese.

Let’s talk about some of the products I used to make this recipe. I used Siete Cassava Grain tortillas. These tortillas are my absolute favorite. They are paleo, non GMO gluten free, dairy free, soy free, and vegan. They contain only 65 calories per tortilla…. seriously it does not get much better than that. I also used vegan queso for this recipe. I love vegan queso because it only contains cashews, tomatoes, carrots, green bell peppers, artificial yeast, flax seed, coconut milk powder, and some seasoning.

I used Siete Cashew Queso for this recipe. Cashew queso by itself may not be the most appetizing. But, when it is spread out on these wraps you barely notice the difference between traditional queso and this vegan cashew queso. Just 2 tbsp is only 35 calories (WIN). ingredients.
- ground chicken
- packet of your favorite taco seasoning
- Mexican blend cheese
- vegan queso (you can use regular if you would like)
- guacamole
- tostada
- burrito-sized flour tortillas
- fresh tomatoes diced
- lettuce shredded
Instructions
- In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground chicken while breaking apart into smaller pieces with a spatula. (If it is sticking add ¼ cup of water).
- Mix in taco seasoning and reduce to low heat.
- Warm up flour tortillas for 15-20 seconds in the microwave.
- Place about ½-1 cup of ground chicken in the center of the tortilla. Then place half of the cheese on top of the ground chicken.
- Place a tostada on top of chicken and cheese.
- Place half of guacamole on top of tostada and spread evenly.
- Add tomatoes and lettuce on top of guacamole.
- Gather and fold all sides of the flour tortilla and fold them in towards the tostada.
- Place wrap seam side down into a skillet over medium heat. Let it brown for about 3-4 minutes and then flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Serve warm and with preferred toppings (hot sauce, sour cream, ect.)
