Homemade Crunchwrap Supreme

Ingredients

  • 1 lbs ground chicken
  • 1 packet of your favorite taco seasoning
  • ½ cup mexican blend cheese
  • ½ cup vegan queso (you can use regular if you would like)
  • ½ cup guacamole
  • 2 tostada
  • 2 burrito-sized flour tortillas
  • fresh tomatoes diced
  • lettuce shredded

Instructions

  • In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground chicken while breaking apart into smaller pieces with a spatula. (If it is sticking add ¼ cup of water).
  • Mix in taco seasoning and reduce to low heat.
  • Warm up flour tortillas for 15-20 seconds in the microwave.
  • Place about ½-1 cup of ground chicken in the center of the tortilla. Then place half of the cheese on top of the ground chicken.
  • Place a tostada on top of chicken and cheese.
  • Place half of guacamole on top of tostada and spread evenly.
  • Add tomatoes and lettuce on top of guacamole.
  • Gather and fold all sides of the flour tortilla and fold them in towards the tostada.
  • Place wrap seam side down into a skillet over medium heat. Let it brown for about 3-4 minutes and then flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  • Serve warm and with preferred toppings (hot sauce, sour cream, ect.)
