This burger is suitable for anyone! The patty itself is keto, paleo, Whole30, gluten and dairy free. It is a great source of protein and an easy weeknight meal. Ingredients
- ground chicken
- cilantro
- spinach
- jalapeno chopped
- lime
- garlic powder
- chili powder
- onion powder
- avocado oil (if using a grill pan)
Instructions
- Prepare either a grill or a grill pan and set to medium high heat. Add a dash of avocado oil if using the grill pan.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, until well combined.
- Form the chicken into 4-5 patties.
