I love everything Kodiak Cakes. I have been using Kodiak Cakes for years now and I am obsessed with them still (btw this is not sponsored). They use 100% whole grains in every product and are full of antioxidants, B vitamins, and fiber. I use their products for almost all the pancakes, muffins, bread, and cake I make. I love that they taste just as delicious as regular batter, but you get the added protein. I eat mostly plant based, so it can be difficult meeting my daily recommended protein intake. Kodiak Cakes is a great way to meet your daily protein needs especially if you are vegan or vegetarian.
I am a sucker for Nutella and I have been since my childhood. I love Nutella in my pancakes because I honestly hate plain pancakes. I only really like pancakes if they have chocolate, fruit, or any other toppings in it. It is fairly easy to make these pancakes and they are delicious! I hope you all enjoy this recipe as much as I do.
