Baked Sweet Potato Fries

These baked sweet potato fries are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They make for a great side dish and are a great alternative to fried french fries!

Ingredients

  • 3 white sweet potatoes cut into fries
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper ground

Instructions

  • Soak white sweet potatoes in water for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 425 F degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Drain the potatoes and dry with a paper towel.
  • In a large bowl toss potatoes, seasoning, and olive oil together.
  • Transfer potatoes on a baking sheet, leaving some space between fries.
  • Bake for 15 minutes and then flip the fries. Bake for another 10 minutes until they are golden on the outside and tender on the inside.
