Baked Sweet Potato Fries
These baked sweet potato fries are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They make for a great side dish and are a great alternative to fried french fries!

- 3 white sweet potatoes cut into fries
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper ground
Soak white sweet potatoes in water for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 425 F degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Drain the potatoes and dry with a paper towel.
In a large bowl toss potatoes, seasoning, and olive oil together.
Transfer potatoes on a baking sheet, leaving some space between fries.
Bake for 15 minutes and then flip the fries. Bake for another 10 minutes until they are golden on the outside and tender on the inside.
