Fudgy and incredibly delicious gluten-free brownies. They are a fudge lover’s dream. You will not even be able to tell that they are gluten-free! They are a super simple recipe and can be made in 30-35 minutes.
gluten-free brownies.
This is my staple, go-to, gluten-free brownie recipe. Now… they are not the most healthy brownie recipe… hence the large amount of butter, but they are downright delicious. Sometimes you need to treat yourself to a delicious brownie! I will eventually post a “healthier” option, but this is a great recipe to make for a party, a work function or a holiday dessert! You will not leave anyone disappointed with these brownies.
Again, as I have said in previous posts, I tend to use a large baking sheet and cut my desserts into smaller pieces. This way I do not feel so guilty or full after eating dessert and I can enjoy a brownie a day! Feel free to use a smaller baking sheet or cut them into large pieces.
They are fairly simple to make and they last about a week, refrigerated. I really struggled with getting good images of these brownies because they are extremely fudgy and gooey. It was hard to move them around and position them a certain way because they were so gooey. I hope you enjoy this recipe and let me know what you think!
