This chocolate chip banana bread is incredibly moist, soft, and gluten-free! It is very easy to make and it is loaded with chocolate chips and bananas.

ingredients.
- 2 large eggs: Pulling the eggs out a couple of hours and having them at room temperature is preferred.
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup butter softened: Do not have the butter hot (putting in the microwave) when you are mixing it into the batter. Let it cool before.
- 4 bananas overripe: This is the key ingredient!! Make sure your bananas are very overripe.
- 1 tsp baking soda: You can use regular or gluten-free baking soda.
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¾ tsp cinnamon: I love a little cinnamon flavor in my banana bread, but if you do not like the flavor of cinnamon feel free to only add <1/2 tsp of cinnamon.
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1½ cup gluten-free all-purpose flour: You can use regular all-purpose flour if you would like.
- ¾ cup chocolate chips: I used semi-sweet chocolate, but I think any type would be perfect.

- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a loaf pan with either nonstick cooking spray or parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together eggs, vanilla extract, and butter.
- Next, add bananas and mix until well combined.
- Mix in baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and sugar until well combined.
- Slowly add in flour and mix, make sure you do not over mix.
- Lastly, mix in the chocolate chips.
- Pour into the prepared pan. Top with additional bananas or chocolate chips.
- Bake approximately 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
- Cool 10-15 minutes in the pan.
